Two Hamburg-based companies are bundling their know-how to jointly develop digital solutions for intelligent project and team management in companies. Thomas Tankiewicz, co-founder and director of the NEURONprocessing Institute, and Jörg Salamon, CEO and co-founder of nudge GmbH, agreed on this. The aim of the cooperation is the development of innovative management and monitoring tools for executives. The first product of the cooperation is "OUTPACE".
The success of many projects already decides in the planning phase. The tool, jointly developed by NEURONprocessing and nudge, supports executives, project and team leaders in order to include the knowledge and experience of employees in the planning with just a few clicks.
Questions developed by experienced psychologists help analyze the current situation and guide the team successfully through all phases of collaboration. It is easy and quick to use and also supports the personnel development. With "OUTPACE" conflicts and critical success factors are quickly recognized and analyzed in order to lead the team back on the road to success.
Numerous studies prove that an employee-oriented corporate culture is a decisive success factor. Smart organizations are constantly evolving thanks to their employees. They are the most valuable resource of any company.
"Our digital solutions help executives harness the knowledge and experience of all team members to plan," said Thomas Tankiewicz, co-founder and director of the NEURONprocessing Institute in Hamburg. The former science journalist and publisher has been developing technologies for applied perception, consciousness and brain research since 1994.
"Thanks to our partnership, we can put together the right team of experts for each project. Our customers benefit from our bundled know-how in the development of digital technologies and the management knowledge of experienced psychologists, "explains Jörg Salamon, CEO and co-founder of nudge GmbH, which is also based in Hamburg.
